Dear Chris,
In answer to your medical question, the normal heart rate is 72 beats per minute.
I therefore trust that this answers your medical question.

So i suppose u are a teenager.Ur normal heart rate should be about 80-90 per minute. and highest if u contract any dieases can go 5-7 times as more like 300-400! and the lowest is when u are losing weight the wrong way and gets to like 40 per minute. but if u are sleeping should be like 60-70.

60-100. Find your heart rate by taking your pulse when you haven't been exercising and that is your resting heart rate. It varies a lot by the individual.

normal is 72 but that's just average, if you are a runner it should be 52, also a high normal is 99 if you are over 100 for no reason [ like exercising] then you should ask you doctor, that is if your over 100 at resting

put your pointer finger and your middle finger on your wrist....gently until you feel a pulse beating...then hold it there and count the beats for one full minute....that is your heart rate....the normal resting heart rate is somewhere between 60 and 80....it all depends on the person, their size and overall health, if they work out or not...etc....good luck
