Too hard/impractical to do a thrombectomy so...

Medical and Surgical ways

Medical: anticoagulate - heparin or warfarin
thrombolyse - streptokinase, TPA, RPA etc

Surgical - PTCA (yes interventional cardiologists are wannabe surgeons) and stent
Balloon angioplasty

Or Surgically - leave the clot and do CABG to bypass the blockage

streptokinase. Works quickly but you risk death. Same thing as TPA.
