No...aspirin is different. Daily doses of ibuprofen can make a mess of your stomach. It's much safer to take a low dose aspirin, 81 mg, on a daily basis. Unless your doc is recommending something different.

Ibuprofen does not have any blood thinning ingredients in it. It is an anti-inflammatory. If you are looking for a mild blood thinner it has to be aspirin.

NO. Just because they have same affect on fever or pain doesn't mean that they have same affect on blood.
