mustle wastage in my hips and legs, is it the statins causing this, if i stop taking statins will my mustles strenthen up again

For the past few months I've been waking up with my eyes binded shut with what seems to be clumps of puss. I quite literally have to pry my eyes open, from there the clumps stick to my eye lashes.

There are no living additions to my home that could cause allergies. Nothing has changed. Where are these allergies coming from?

And all day I feel a slight ball of some sort under neath my eye lid. I close my eye, roll it, and it goes away for about 3 seconds.

I have contact lenses, but never wear them. I chose to wear my glasses. I am sure to take off my make up before I go to bed.

After thinking of all the plausible causes of this daily morning allergy, I'm clueless. What else should I be looking for?

I have a really bad case of spots which don't itch but which have spread down from my bum through to my upper thighs. Doctor gave me the antibiotics but I have 1 day left to go and nothign seems to have changed in my skin condition. Anyone else had this problem or have any idea what might be the cause??? For the past months I have been getting sores in my nose. They don't feel or look like cold sores/herpes like I used to get on my lip years ago. They are in both nostrils, quite near to the front. They don't hurt a lot but when I pick them (can't help it) they hurt a bit. They feel a bit like a regular spot. When I have picked them, they scab over especially overnight. They dissapear for a week or a few weeks or days and then they come back. What could this be?

I'm writing a short story for a writing competition, and I have a character that dies of a (right now unknown) disorder that aggravates itself due to strenuous physical activity, and she dies from it (don't say it's too common for someone to die from something in a story, that's the point). Are there any disorders that have this effect? (for example, problems with mitochondrion or the heart)

Hello!

I have a friend, she is very attractive, but unfortunately she has herpes... I believe it is genital herpes (but not certain) anyway, we have a sexual tension between us, but I am not going to have sex with her, but she feels it would be ok to have Oral sex, well for her to give me oral sex.

It seems like it wouldnt be a problem.... does anyone have experience or knowledge in this situation?!?! because I will be very thankful for anything that helps !! I think you know why...lol... please let me know!

ok so i have these bumps that are on my vagina(they never really go away) and sometimes they get red irritated and they are filled with blood and puss!! sometimes they burst. and sometimes they dont... before easter this year i had shingles . about six weeks after that it reoccurred, i have been fine since , but i have been feeling very depressed of late its like going back in time , when i was much younger .i cant understand this as i havent felt like this for years. could shingles have something to do with this . or is it just my age i eat healthy and try and look after myself but im not sure how to deal with this . many thanks.

My mom bought pineapple spears from Sam's Club and i ate about 2. After i ate it i got a weird feeling in my mouth. It was dry and scratchy. It felt like (still feels like) my whole mouth was is burning. This is not my first time eating pineapples, but this is the first time my mouth has acted strangely. Could i be allergic, and what can i do to stop the pain? Any tips would be grateful. Thanks!

i have been biting my lip for who knows how long and i bite constantly even now. i stop myself (like right now) but then i start feeling tense and anxious (right now!!!) as if i need to bite it. if i keep forcing myself not to bite eventually the anxiety goes away. but when i stop concentrating on biting 3 seconds later i find myself doing it again. i used to bite really deep and get sores and even numbness all the time. now its scar tissue and tough to bite and there isnt much fleshiness to bite a good chunk. once i bit my lip so bad when i drank cold water it felt like the water was running down my chin when it wasnt. it hurts but its a relief and i kinda like it. wow im biting again... ahhh this is bad. a week ago i bit a deep chunk and it got to be a sore. i try to remember to swish my mouth w/ warm salt water everynight to help it heal. since there isnt much but scar tissue i bite the cheeks, and nibble at the scar tissue, it doesnt hurt. im use to it? so, can i get oral cancer?

i'm trying to find the term for what some people call "the chills", as in, "it gives me the chills". it's sort of a spasm that people get in the spinal region when they get scared, or otherwise. i'm not looking for the "chills" associated with shivering or fevers. muchas gracias.

A friend of mine recently became very sick, and was told she had Atrial Fibrillation, she is only 30 years old. She went through a stress test and an echo and now has to wear a heart monitor for 30 days. I am allergic to sulfa of ANY kind! As a consumer I have to stand there and read the ingredients on all of my bathing products.

I have to spend 75% more on the products that DON'T use it in the products.

So far I have only found 1 name brand that does Not use Sulfa and that is J.A.S.O.N.

do any of you know of any more brands that do not contain Laural sulfates?
