Go to your doctor and get tested for STDs.

Fluid filled sores with blood and puss are a good sign of genital herpes.

It's also possible you have cysts, razor burn, or acne down there.

Only a doctor will know for sure. Good luck!

I've had these, or something like for as long as I can remember. Are yours actually on your vagina? Mine are in my bikini area, little bumps that sometimes rise and squirt puss and blood when squeezed, then go away. They're not genital herpes, which is only cold sores on the genitals, so wouldn't be bloody. Plus I've never given this to any1 I slept with(and I've had sex with breakouts). Bartholin's Cysts only occur on both of the vagina lips. Skene's Cysts are so rare( there are less than 100 reported cases), so you'd probably know if you had that. I can't tell you what they are. BUT I was recently diagnosed with chlamydia so an overgrowth of bacteria may be related, if they aren't directly std-related. I haven't gotten any since I've been on antibiotics.

Sounds like a Bartholin's cyst or Skene's cyst-- could also be hidradenitis suppurative . STDs, such as herpes are literally clear-fluid filled blisters and would not contain blood or pus. Genital warts are that--warts, which are not filled with anything. My significant other suffers from hidradenitis suppurative and the times that her 'bumps' appear to bother her are at her menstrual cycle and excessive sweating. You should keep a journal--and of course, get them checked out. If they start getting irritated, she always holds a warm washcloth on herself to get the fluid to express.
