I've been dealing with acne for a while and I'm getting tired of trying so many different things that do not work, specifically Proactiv. Does anyone know how much it cost roughly to get acne removed with a laser? Or any other effective ways to get rid of acne the fastest way possible. Your help is greatly appreciated thanks!

I just got my nose pierced and suddenly (meaning 2 days later) started to see an allergic reaction. It's bumpy and blister-y much like when I would wear my belt/necklace etc.

Is it still possible to have an allergic reaction to nickel free stainless steel? I changed it to a sterling silver ring. Should I see what happens with that or should I take it out and realize I shouldn't have a pierced nose?

I had to go in emergency today due to abdominal pain, and they had my ECG, and had given me my ECG report to show my family doctor. I'm planning to see my family doctor tomorrow, my ECG report says:
* Sinus Tachycardia with short pr interval
* Abnormal Rhythm ECG

Does anyone know what that means?

I've been using retin-a micro for almost a year now, and while it has worked I'm not fully clear. My face is oily as well.... I've had acne now for about 4 years (i'm 22 now) and just want this sh*t to go away. Should I just take the accutane plunge to get rid of it? Or are there other options? I've heard zinc works?? I've also tried pro-activ before but that didn't work too well. Anyone have any advice for me here? Thanks

What is the illness called when people make up a serious condition for attention? I know someone who tells everyone he has cancer, and is going for chemo..He didn't lose his hair, just shaved his head..Still has arm hair..What is it called when they make the disease up? If you find a lump, it could be Penile-cancer. Cancer of the Penis! In its early stages, can be treated, in advanced stages, the Penis has to be amputated!
This is not a joke, was given 30 minutes airtime on the news this week! Apparently it is partly caused by not washing the penis regularly, so guys "rollback" & ensure regular washing and powdering of the organ. Thats my "doctor" bit for today! merely concerned about some of lifes pleasures that we take for granted.

Hi,
My wife has allergy problem. Most of the time problem comes if she does not sleep properly. When she wake up she will have sneezing and sneezing. when she sneee it makes lot of noise. She is pregnent also, so I affraid to give her any medicine. doctor also did not recoment any medicine though.
One more thing we observed that she will have allergy problem inside the apartment. we lived in three states in US and it happenes every time. may be due to carpet or walls.
we also tried couple of room freshner, but no help.

Any suggestion is welcomed.

I need help with understanding this. What will my life be like without my sight? My worst fear is relying on other people. My husband David is blind. We never talk about it. It's I feel like a failure as a wife that I can't take care of my husband. David said he will help me. He wants to get a nanny to take care of the babies. I would feel like a bad parent. I would feel like a worthless wife and mother. Why is God allowing this to happen to me? Am I being punished by God? I need advice and help for any one who is a nurse or eye doctor.

Is it possible to become lactose intolerant at age 13? Im 13 years old and for a while my stomach hasn't been feeling right and my friend brought up that I might be lactose intolerant like her. It runs in my family too I think, as my uncle is lactose intolerant. Is it possible to just develop an allergy to milk after being an infant?? Like not having it when you are an infant but developing it afterwards??

i saw my doctor last week and told her about my constipation( she does not know that i have IBS. i am still getting tested, but i know i have it cuz i got all the symptoms.) anyway, she told me to take this liquid called enulose, but i am hesitant to take it because it is a lactulose solution and is lactulose the same as lactose? cuz i think i might be lactose intolerant...i don't know but wheneveri drink milk my stomach hurts. so does anyone think i should try enulose? someone also told me that castor oil treats constipation...i went to the pharmacy yesterday and got it. so which one should i try? which one works better, faster and is the safest? also, how soon after taking it can i eat?

I get dizzy on and off all day every day! My head feels numb and I get suddenly extremely tired!

Just to give you a little insight on me:

I am epileptic-have about one seizure a week (night time only)

I am enemic but taking iron everyday

I have sinus problems also!

I am so scared when this happens like I have a tumor or something and I have no insurance to get a cat scan!
