Assuming you don't die within a couple hours from the Narcotic overdose, you'll probably end up in a coma for a while. With the minimum narcotic dose being 75 mg of Hydrocodone, and the high end being over 150mg, no matter how you look at it, you're screwed. Beyond that, the amount of Acetaminophen involved ranges anywhere from 7.5 grams to almost 10 grams... about 2.5 times the normal recommended limit for daily use. This can cause your liver to become irreversibly damaged and lead to toxic Hepatitis, liver failure and a painful future. Smart answer says don't do it.

Assuming no tolerance build up...likely death.
A Vicodin tab has .750 mg of hydrocodone and 750 mg of acetominophin. The hydrocodone dosage is barely over 10mg's, which is really not a problem. It's not a high enough dose to cause respiration problems, and it's not going to make you totally loopy unless you weigh about 85 pounds. The over 11,000 mg of acetominophin you are taking will shut your liver down. You're likely to vomit after eating the pills, and if you don't, the next day will hurt like hell from poisoning yourself with Tylenol.

If the amount of Hydrocodone doesn't kill you by depressing your respiratory system (you stop breathing) then the overdose of Tylenol will shut down your liver and eventually kill you.

all at once......i would say a long wooden box with you in it. i can only hope that you didn't take that much, or if you are thinking of taking that many pills you do need help, and fast.
