Just to give you a little insight on me:

I am epileptic-have about one seizure a week (night time only)

I am enemic but taking iron everyday

I have sinus problems also!

I am so scared when this happens like I have a tumor or something and I have no insurance to get a cat scan!

It sounds like you could have HYPOGLYCEMIA, low blood sugar. This the opposite of High blood sugar like Diabetics have.

Eat protein every two hours. A slice of cheese or meat. By eating every two hours you can keep your sugar levels, level and not feel the low blood pressure. I have this problem and have had it for all of my life. So we have to be "grazers" eating something frequently. It should eliminate the dizziness, probably low blood pressure numbness, (I get cold sweats) and the exhaustion. If you are very thin, gaining weight will help a lot.

It is most likely a correctable problem not a tumor or something. JUST EAT EVERY TWO HOURS. This will help to correct the anemia. Take B complex vitamins daily and a Multi-Vitamin along with the iron to help be healthy.

Do all of the above EVERY DAY just develop the habit. You should feel normal in just a couple of days.

Good Luck on feeling well.

I'd say that you are having an epileptic disorder and there could be a lot of reasons. One potential reason is that maybe it's because of your body's inability to absorb Iron. Hemoglobin needs iron and hemoglobin carries oxygen to be brought around your body (even to your brain). Try taking iron in smaller amounts. Why? You might have high ferritin and hemosiderin levels, which are toxic Irons. Don't worry. It's going to be ok. I suggest that you also take B12 vitamins or, better, multivitamins. Multivitamins contain more than enuogh minerals and vitamins you need for the day. Also, change to a more healthier diet and find time to have a regular exercise. You know... Basic stuff...

Don't take my word for it. I'm jst making a hypothesis but you should still consult a doctor really soon. The money or insurance is not the issue here. Your health is more important.
