If you are constipated and strain to have a bowel movement, you can burst capillaries and cause a Tiny bleed.
If you are on medications of any kind they can cause sever impaction.
If constipation is the cause, drink an 8 ounce glass of prune juice every morning and/or eat prunes daily. I carry the pre-wrapped ones they have now in my purse to snack on.
It will only take a day or two to improve your digestion.
Good Luck. Should you not feel better, make an appointment with a Proctologist, you may need colonoscopy
to diagnose the trouble.
