Drink 6 or 8 ounces of PRUNE JUICE IN THE MORNING AND AT NIGHT FOR TWO DAYS. Should it be constipation, this will start you moving with a healthy food product.

If it is Kidney Problem.

For painful urination or suspected KIDNEY INFECTION and URINARY TRACT INFECTION.

Go to the HEALTH FOOD STORE and get a pint of UNSWEETENED CRANBERRY CONCENTRATE.
Mix 8 ounces with one gallon of water. Drink 8 ounces before each meal and between each meal and at bedtime for one or two days. This will flush the poisons from the Urinary Tract and Kidneys. Eliminating the bad bacteria and correcting the PH balance in your system.

Drink about 6 10-ounce glasses of water daily along with the concentrate to keep flushing out the pain and toxins.

Avoid sugar, sugar feeds bacteria and keeps it alive.

Good Luck in solving your pain problem. I have been there and done that. I hope something I have suggested helps.
