Hi all.

For some time ive noticed that just as my eyes are closing and im about to go into a sleep i feel my heartrate slow down and it usually feels horrible. My head starts feeling like electric is passing through it, like a buzzing feeling but it really is heard to explain.

As soon as i awake (i usually have to wake myself up out of it) my heartrate rises and is normal but i often feel groggy.

Ive had it for a few years and its started to happen more frequent. I jump out my sleep often and sometimes i have horrible dreams were i cant breath which i remember in the morning. One time i was got struck by lightning and my body was doing some mad stuff until i woke up and i was then normal after about 30 seconds.

Is this common, could it be apnea or something else? my friend has had paralasis when he sleeps im scared it will develop into that.

any help/resources would be great.

I'm a 26 yr old female in good health. Had a blood test in March that was normal (just borderline anemic but I dont eat red meat). Lately though, I've had this pain in my bones, and have noticed random bruises that last for a couple days then fade.(I'm the type of person who could run into the wall over and over and not bruise!!) I've been ridiculiously tired, and some days am really dizzy. I just feel strange. I keep getting headaches which I used to never get. And I'm never hungry anymore. I feel lke a HUGE hypochondriac, and dont want to return to the MDs because I feel like a hypochondriac and just had a blood test in march (it's june). Any sugestions or am I crazy?!

I have Sunburn all down my back and my shoulders and Bicepts, and it burns like hell! Ive had it for 3 days. Ive tried using Aloe, Aloe Spray, Taking a Bath, and Even putting Ice on my back, none of it works! does anyone know what the best way to cure, or at least relieve the burn on, my sunburn? If it works, you get best answer!

For some reason, i don't walk straight, i kind of waddle, like a penguin. I don't realize, but other people can see it. Is thier anyway i can walk straight, and not waddle? It bother's me to know i walk like a damn penguin. I did sprain my ankles, both of them, but i don't think this affects them, i think ive been walking like this all my life.

It doesn't look obvious or bad at all. But if I pinch some of my pectoral skin and pull it, I can get about 5cm away from my body. For my stomach, about 3.5cm. For my any part of my arms about 2.5cm. For my back I can pull about 4cm. I can get about 3.6cm off my facial cheeks. Is there a reasonable way to reduce my skin mass without increasing my internal mass?

i noticed yesturday that i have a lump under my skin. its in the upper groin like right on the beltline to the right...sort of where the appendix spot is i guess but lower ....it feels like a ball. now i do have cyst. i got one cut out a few years ago in my stomach. i have another one in my stomach, one of my lower back spine and one in the back of my head. my family is very cystist. the doctors say leave them alone since i have alot. what do u think this lump it. i dont think its a lymph node i never had a swollen one before...its like in the center but a little to the right. im a little nervous about this. im 23yrs old male, in good health. im just hoping its not like cancer or something...please help im freaking out ....become a hypocrondiac in the last year going back and forth to the doctor, and nothing is wrong with me ....i need to put my mind to ease what could this be?????

I am away from my family they live in Texas and I live with boyfriend in California I moved over here to peruse my career and am doing very good love my job at the moment and like my life very much so….

The beginning of this year she was diagnose with Brest cancer she has other major heart problems and already had an open heart surgery 6yrs ago. She finished her chemo and the process of her going through chemo was very bad she was very ill my entire family wanted me to go back to Texas and take care of my mother for the reason that I am the only one in my immediate family that is not married or has kids they judged me because I didn’t I only visited very often.

Today I received a call from my sister at work letting me know that my mom just went for a doctor visit and it is very likely the cancer has came back I don’t know what to do because they told her body can not take any more chemo…

I used to be 305 lbs and am diabetic, I have completely changed my life and am now 188 lbs. I eat properly and excercise regularly. I have talked to my doctor about this and she is perplexed and sent me to a Cardiologist and he said I was fine. But the high resting heart rate can't be good can it? I have been tested for cancer, arthritis, hyperthyroidism, STD's (I don't take risks but it was done just to be sure) and am found to be healthy. Does anyone have an idea?

My aunt is 45 years old. She has been suffering from a chronic Gas trouble since last 4-5 years. She completely avoids Oily and Spicy food. But it does not seem to be of any help.
My aunt feels suffocated and totally helpless when the Gas gets accumulated in her abdomen.

She is recently detected with a Kidney Stone but doctors are saying that Kidney stones do not cause Gas trouble. I here by ask you, are these two matters linked?

I also would like to mention that her uterus had been removed as it developed a fibroid which caused unstoppable blood loss. Please advice.
