It doesn't look obvious or bad at all. But if I pinch some of my pectoral skin and pull it, I can get about 5cm away from my body. For my stomach, about 3.5cm. For my any part of my arms about 2.5cm. For my back I can pull about 4cm. I can get about 3.6cm off my facial cheeks. Is there a reasonable way to reduce my skin mass without increasing my internal mass?

it's called toning.... really working the core muscles that will pull those "skin muscles" back into shape... it's very common and be thankful that your skin is still elastic (keep it that way with water)..

If that's you in the picture, you're worrying about nothing. You look fine.
