No. The fundamental process of uncontrolled cell growth in your "dinner" would not affect you. However, if there was something causing cancer that you also ate (such as a virus or radioactive isotope), then you could get cancer eventually.

Good question. I think if you ate the part that was infected with the cancer that you would get it. Thats just my opinion. I don't have any facts about that.

No. You're body would not metobolize cancer cells into cancer. Enzymes would eliminate canerous cells inito waste bi-product.

No, you would digest the cancer cells like a protein. Just like drinking milk doesn't make you produce milk.

You shouldn't. Your body would digest or pass the cancerous cells, not adopt them as your own.
