About 2 or 3 times a year I get these small white itchy bumps on the side of my foot. Sometimes they hurt when I walk. How do I get rid of them or what causes them?

it might be fungus, like athlete's foot. All you need is an antifungal that can be bought in any drug store

it could be athletes foot i used to ask myself the same question and went to the doctor paid $372 so he could tell me i have athlets foot and told me to buy some spray powder that i put on my feet

If they burn and itch and have some moisture they may be athlete's foot. I suggest trying an anti fungal cream.
