embarrasing scab?

i have a hideuos nasty cut on my nose. and i cant go out in public becuz its noticable well its not really that bad but what is the quickest way to get rid of a scab with house hold hygiene products? i have to go to the doctor next week and i dont want it to be dry blood on it! help plzz no rud answers and they will get reported!

ok but see its already a dry scab and if i peel it off again, it will start bleeding but the scab is noticable and i have to go out soon!!

Try Neosporin. It helps to heal cuts and scrapes fast.
