For some reason, i don't walk straight, i kind of waddle, like a penguin. I don't realize, but other people can see it. Is thier anyway i can walk straight, and not waddle? It bother's me to know i walk like a damn penguin. I did sprain my ankles, both of them, but i don't think this affects them, i think ive been walking like this all my life.

Hey Moose: don't fret I also walk kinda like a penguin due to having a bad gait and bend legs. But personally I dig my walk and use Aerosmith's "Walk This Way" as my theme song. Ha! Who the hell cares what other's think of how you walk. It's what's inside that counts, so make the most of your inner self and do not allow yourself to be judged by the exterior. Be proud not only of who you are but also of how you walk. Because when you stop and think of it there are a lot of other's who would give thier eye tooth to be able to walk like a penguin, especailly those that are confined to a wheelchair or bedridden. Be grateful that you can walk, and walk with pride. If other's tease you a bit then learn how to laugh it off and keep a sense of humour.

First off, everyone's unique! Embrace your penguin waddle!! =D Think of it as you're the special one and everyone else is the same. The only way I can think to change it would be to really focus on it and think about it while you're walking. You have to correct it while you're doing it and continue to do so. I don't think you can change it in one day.

think of it as part of who you are. I had one friend who almost walked on his toes and it was so cute to watch
