I sprayed it on my bed and slept in it, now I have a severe headache. What possible solutions are there?

Did you even BOTHER to read the warnings? Though some types of Raid are seemed 'safe for animals' it is still a poison. Best advice, call Poison Control (or sometimes listed as Poison Information) which is listed in your phone book. Have the actual can in hand so you can tell them what it is.

You have been poisoned by a toxin.Why on earth did you spray your bed? I think you should seek medical advice. I hate to think what it has done to you?I do hope there won't be any long lasting problems.If you need to treat your room you can get a "Bomb" which you ignite in a water bowl, and leave for a few hours in the room. But you certainly don't sleep in there until the room is clear.

If this is for real, you may have toxic poisoning and should see a doc right away. If this is your idea of a joke, get a life.

the side effects of doing that are death.....and death. oh, and there is brain damage too.
