Does anyone have a problem with their cpap machine causing nasal dryness? So bad you can't even use machine .

I've been on a CPAP for about 2-1/2 years now and I checked out all the options. The absolute best heated humidifier out there is the Sulivan Humidaire Heated Humidifier. It has the most water surface area and is very easy to clean. My doctor thought mine was brand new and it was two years old when I was him last week. Your CPAP can sit right on top. This is what keeps my CPAP from drying me out. I live in a desert and without the humidifier, I don't think I could use my CPAP. The simple truth is, air at a higher pressure is drier and colder. A heated humidifier puts the moisture back in and even warms it just a little.

I used to use a CPAP machine, and it came with a water tray you could fill so the air had moisture in it. Depends on the brand you're using, but maybe you can google the brand and see if there is a tray for your model. Good luck.

My husband had that problem. He had to get a heated humidifier bottle that is flat and a little wider than the cpap machine itself that links into the cpap itself thru a doctor.

There is a C Pap that can have a humidifier bottle attatched to it, then you get some moisture also...call your equipment supplier to check into this. I think it's relatively new.

if you don't have a humidifier, try a Full Face Mask! don't stop using it, you have Sleep Apnea, which can disable or kill you!!
