I have a lot of allergies and getting allergy shots for almost a year now. The shots I have for grasses and trees are making me really sick and the nurse doesn't wanna give them to me anymore. This is the second time that I've tried them and both times made me sick . It's making me angry cuz I'm spending money for this stuff and I can't use it. I think that cuz they are giving me what I am allergic too, that I should be feeling something ? Has this happened to anyone else and what did you do about it or is there anything I can do? I don't want to spend more money on this stuff. I've spent $518 on serum already in just a year

Can anyone help? My bf has been having throat problems since October last year. He sometimes feels as though his throat is closing up and finds it difficult swallowing. He went to his GP and he was given depression tablets without an examination! So he decided to go to A&E and see if a doc could help. They did tests on him and they all came back clear. They then referred all his info back to his GP who was not happy that he went over his head and told him that he was no longer welcome at the surgery. He's enrolling with another surgery but has to wait 2 weeks before he is on their books. I hate seeing him like this and knowing there is nothing I can do. It eventually subsided and has now came back again. The whole time he had problems swallowing he didn't eat anything for 21 days. I am concerned. I would be grateful if anyone could give me an opinion on what they think thats causing this, your help will be appreciated.

I have always had this condition where abour 20 minutes or so after I drink water, I always feel "choky" and throw up. I have switched to bottled water (for purity) and always drink it at room temperature because cold water hurts my stomach. What could possibly be wrong with me?

My husband had colon surgery to remove a large polyp in his lower colon; difficult surgery. Then emergency surgury two weeks later as he wasn't healed and his bowels were leaking inside. Then he got his colostomy bag which was 6 months ago. He lost 32 pounds the first time being in the hospital three weeks. It was rough. I just don't want him to go through so much again yet he wants it off. His doctor said it will be easier but I worry..thanks.

Alright, i recieved a wart on my foot a week or so ago, which i thought was normal since i rarely remember to wear footwear in the shower, to my detriment

anyway, i got a raised red smooth lump on the base of my penis, and i think more are on their way - most descriptions of genital warts report them as being either extremely dry, or the opposite, while this just feels like smooth skin

can touching my foot, then my penis have caused the strain to travel? or could i have recieved one of the genital HPV strains from the shower floor? i am a virgin, and have had no genital to genital sexual contact in my entire life - is there another problem that this might be?

any help will be very much appreciated

He recently had an MRI. It was perfect. Now, he has to go to Children's Hospital for some other tests. Someone recently told me that he could be allergic to wheat. All three doctors that he has seen said it is not food allergies, as his symptoms would be different. Such as, he wakes up in the middle of the night with migrains. He gets them after eating, after playing too hard, while doing nothing at all. They have him on medicine (which is temporary, and I absolutley HATE to bandaid the problem, but the headaches have stopped), that is making him gain weight like crazy.

Has anyone else ever gone through this? What was the outcome. I have researched and researched this and nothing makes sense. None of the causes of migrains in kids fit his lifestyle. And everything I seem to think it could be, the doctors contradict me and steer me away from. I am desperate to figure out how to help him!!!

CDC says most people show symptoms at around 25 days, and more than 97% by three months. Should I have tested positive by now if I was sure this person had HIV?..........i really am pretty sure she doesnt, but lets say she had it. Does it make a difference if you think the person you know has HIV then someone who you dont know, in terms of tests detecting your antibodies faster?

marketing the GI drug Zelnorm??? This is the best medicine I've ever had. I just very recently got put back on it. If this is true then does anyone know of a good alternative for it?? I accidently came across the FDA website when I was checking out the pet food recalls. If this was true, wouldn't we have heard something on the news about it since it's a very popular drug??

FDA Announces Discontinued Marketing of GI Drug, Zelnorm, for Safety Reasons
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has requested that Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation of East Hanover, New Jersey, voluntarily discontinue marketing of Zelnorm (tegaserod) based on the recently identified finding of an increased risk of serious cardiovascular adverse events (heart problems) associated with use of the drug. Novartis has agreed to voluntarily suspend marketing of the drug in the United States.

Zelnorm is a prescription medicine approved in July 2002 for short-term treatment of women with irritable bowel syndr
