There are no specific skin lesions caused by nicotine use. The poster above pointed out Buerger's disease. This is an inflammation and clotting of the arteries and veins in the hands and feet. Pain will be the main symptoms. Overtime it may lead to ulcerations. It may be wise to visit your doctor if he has other medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, gout, or an autoimmune disorder.

Most likely, the skin lesion is caused by a local issue such as contact dermatitis, insect bites, athelete's foot, etc...

burgers disease is common in young male smokers, this is a vasculitis. there is no particular skin disorder because of nicotene use, good luck
