Its probably to do with your lymph node which can become more obvious if you are sick at all, if theres a blockage or for a million other reasons.
Go to the doctor and get it checked out.

has got to do with your perspiration gland being blocked may need to be cut out seek medical opinion

You may just have a blocked gland, but you should really get it checked out anyway

I don't know about perspiration but get it checked out now it could be cancer. You have lymph nodes there. PLEASE get this check by your doctor

yeah lumps around tht area are usually a SYMPTON of breast cancer
