Fast food exchange values- downloadable?

Does anyone know where I can find a decent downloadable or e-book version of the various fast food exchange values for diabetic meal planning at popular fast food places?

xox- thank you, but I want an easy to use giude I can put on my Palm to use to help with meal planning.

There are several booklets like this printed out- doesn't anyone have an e-version?

Go to the website of whatever fast food place you want to look up. They all have nutritional information on their sites.
