It could be a number of things. I have that symptom from both arthritis and the permanent form of bursitis. It's best you consult your doctor so you know whether what you are experiencing is something as simple as having sat still too long, or if you are starting to get some other illness. Don't despair, or imagine the worst. Just get the info you need from a professional.

maybe mild arthritis which you just need to do some exercises everyday in order to loosen it.
You don't have to be an OAP to get it trust me I'm 20 n i have very mild arthritis in my left hip due to septic arthritis

Your hips and spine could be out of alignment. See a chiropractor. Best $40 you'll ever spend.
