Alternative Medicine - November 2007

And now I have terrible gas. Its not normal like after eating chili farts, I am literally on the ground half the time because the pressure is so bad. And my family yells at me when I leave the room because the smell goes to the rest of the house.

Please what do I do, I bought them at an all natural store.
I need a home remedy to stop farting please, I feel like I am dying.

My husband is in Iraq right now and he is having trouble sleeping but he doesnt want to take any sleeping pills. Does anyone know of another way to help with sleep without taking pills? Thanks in advance!

I was thinking I might be anemic again, so I bought a high potency b-vitamin/iron liquid supplement. I found that 20 minutes or so after I take it, I am sleepy. I took it for 3 days and it does the same thing everytime. I thought if anything vitamins make you alert and ready for the day. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

First of all I have acid reflux and right now I have air or something in my tummy. I'm been burping (that is the only way I can describe it but it isn't a full burp) for the last 5 hours every 30 seconds.

I remembered a natural cure for acid reflux being to drink apple cider vigiger. That instant took the effect of the way my stomache felt and increased it to 10x worse and It made it so bad I almost throw up. What works to make this go away, forever. I'd really like to cure it not just medicate it.

Toddler is 15 months and I give a very low dose like 300 mg 4 days a week mixed with her table food? (fish oil has DHA and EPA) which is supposed to be good for brain and eye development. (she was breastfed till 12 months and now on table food and cows milk).

I just got on Adderall about a week ago, and got over a cold. I drunk a lot of grape juice over the last 3-4 days and noticed that Adderall stopped working some days or didn't last long on others. I found out that the cause was the grape juice. So my question now is: What else will hinder the Adderall? And are there any foods or drinks that will help boost Adderall's effects on concentration? Im asking becuase after almost a week of bad constipation I reluctantly tried a liquid enema. (with the help of my gf). And it helped a lot... so much that now, not only am I going daily.. but most times 2-3 times a day. Im thinking it really unclogged the sink so to speak. I was considering a colonic prior to this enema but im wondering should I bother, and just stick with a enema montly or so..

We have a nebulizer machine at home and her albulerol for when ever she needs it but I really dont like this medicines they dont do nothing but controlled it and I wish there was something outhere that can take her asthma away. I've noticed a lot of the questions in the alternative medicine section seem to be about illegal drugs, especially "where can I get drugs?"
(To which I normally answer go to a rave or a hippy festival in the woods and meet people).

To an extent, I can see questions about Pot or LSD being legitamate in this forum (ie. does medical marijuana help with ___, can LSD psycotherapy cure ____), but those seem to be in the minority. Instead, I believe the flood of other questions about drugs is somewhat messing up this part of YA. First off, do you agree or disagree that this is a problem that needs to be adressed? (It has been really bothering me).

Secondly, I think that a forum should be made explicitly for drug questions. My logic is that people who want to know about the matter will keep on flooding YA, so it would be best to give them one place the mods can focus on. Do you agree or disagree with this solution, and is there anything better?
