I just got on Adderall about a week ago, and got over a cold. I drunk a lot of grape juice over the last 3-4 days and noticed that Adderall stopped working some days or didn't last long on others. I found out that the cause was the grape juice. So my question now is: What else will hinder the Adderall? And are there any foods or drinks that will help boost Adderall's effects on concentration? I know about caffeine and chocolate, just the other stuff that the doctor/pharmacists forgot to tell me lol.

Grapefruit juice can decrease the effects of Adderall and make it work not as well. It's not considered to be that significant.
For the immediate release formulation, food does not impact its length. For the extended release, food can impact its length of action.

Anything containing vitamin c (absorbic acid) or something highly acidic in general can effect how the stomach absorbs the drug. Acid will eat away at the drug and cause it to be excreted faster, so it may be beneficial to take vitamin c at night time. As for potentiating the effects of Adderall, ant-acids can help. So taking 2-4 tums about 30 minutes before ingesting adderall, will create more of a base state in your stomach, allowing it to be absorbed more rapidly. This may lead to stronger effects, but the duration may seem shorter due to being absorbed more swiftly. It would probably seem about 30 minutes to an hour shorter than normal.
