I have four kids and want to do more natural remedies for little things like colds or muscle aches for them. Instead of going straight for OTC Medicine, I want to learn more about natural healing. My youngest is almost one year old and I don't want to give her Tylenol every time she has a cough or cold.

I know its a bunch of questions, but I read that you can take Pulsatilla 1m and Caulophyllum 200c to induce labor. I'm 39 weeks, 2 cm dilated, 65% effaced, and the baby is at 0 station (or engaged). I'm so miserable and looking for home remedies to induce. This is the only time I've heard about these meds or whatever they are, so if they are safe, where would I find them? All answers are welcome. Thank you!!

I suffer from chronic insommnia and rely on sleeping pills for at least 3 hours of sleep per night. The warm baths and Camomile tea only work in the movies.I dont have caffeine and never sleep during the day. I don't have any illness's, but the insommnia causes my blood pressure to drop drastically. My diet and exercise routine is fairly good. Please help.

Why is this? Getting a bit fed up! Damn IBS is playing up and prunes are not helping.
I don't want to take any medicines, I'd much rather alter my diet to control the condition. I thought prunes were supposed to be effective.

The problem is this: My husbnd snores and we're expecting a baby. Since weeks I try to leave out the earplugs at night and it just does not work. After a while I take them again to get some sleep. But I can't use them when the baby is there! I won't hear her.
Seperate bedrooms are not possible. And there's nothing he can do about the snoring due to a lungsickness. No way.
Any tips how I can learn to ignore the souds he makes?

My neighbors kids have had lice it seems since last year.They have had so many chemicals put on there head Im afraid they will end up woth cancer one day.

i cant seem to find how much melatonin is contained in the SleepMD formula, all i can find is the same thing that the label will tell me, but never the amounts of anything in the med itself, please tell me how much melatonin there is. thank you
