Wolfberries (goji berries) have one of the highest rating for antioxidant content that I have found. It is recommended to consume 5,000 ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) a day. Consuming about 1/4 of an ounce of dried wolfberries will exceed this amount. Note that there are several hundred different known antioxidants, each neutralizes free radicals in our system and usually performs other specific functions. It is best to consume several different sources as well as to raise your body's own master antioxidant - Glutathione.
God bless.

Always eat in moderation.

A usual serving for fruits and veggies is around a cup. Measure out a cup or two of Goji berries and put them on/in whatever you like.

I am unsure as to the concentration of antioxidants in Goji berries, so if they are advertised as being "packed" with them, then I would go for around one half to one cup maximum.

Too much antioxidants though can be just as damaging as the free-radicals you are trying to get rid of, so be careful not to "over-dose" on them.

Cheers!

Do not gorge yourself in goji to reap the benefits of the anioxidants! It is best to eat many fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants and cartenoids, polyphenols, etc. Well rounded nutrition is the best! Eat in moderation, I would say a few ounces or so a day is great! Enjoy!
