I am a type 1 diabetic and currently taking a minimal 40 mcg of clenbuterol a day to help me train. I know its not the wisest thing to do but I have had all the lectures I can take. I need to know if Clenbuterol can have a toxic effect on my insulin I am taking for my diabetes. I take Novolog. My blood sugars are higher because Clen reduces insulin sensitivity. I already know that. My question is how much does it reduce it and can it create a toxic effect mixing the two?

Thank You

I know that St. John's wort can work on some for depression, as can music, being around happy people, being outdoors on a nice day and/or reading some self-help books.

I also know that lavender aromatherapy; Valerian Root; Chamomile Tea; therapy; yoga; meditation; prayer; exercise, etc. can help anxiety and panic.

What are some other things that one can do to help themselves? Other than therapy, prescription meds, and all of the above

Did you go somewhere special (like a Chinese Dr. ) for it; or a spa; or did you buy it. If you have also used the ionic foot patches, could you please tell me how the ionic foot bath compares to it? Thanks....and good health to ya all.

I am thinking of taking St. John's to helpt treat my mild depression and anxiety. However I have some concerns and questions. Who has used St. John's and if you have what was your experience like? Any noted improvements? Any side effects? I have heard it lower the effectiveness of birth control pills. I have also heard it can even affect fertility. Any info you can share is appreciated. Thanks

I read the book. Some of his claims, such as that jet engine exhaust contaminates breast milk, deoderant causes breast cancer, and that "all tap water is poisionous", are just absurd.

I want to get my sister a one-hour massage for her birthday, but I'm new to Austin. Does anyone know any great places to get a Swedish or deep-tissue massage? Also, having the name of a place would be fine, but it would be great if you also could give me the person's name. Thank you!

I have struggled on and off with depression for five-ish years. I am no longer on medication (and don't wish to be), but certainly have my bad days. From experience, can anyone vouch for a particular alternative or naturpoathic treatment/rememdy that has given significant results. I am using counselling currently, but would like to know about a particular herb or rememdy that had been helpful to people out there. Thanks.
