I AM an energy healer. I have received the title master in eight different disciplines.

All I can do is tell you my experience.

1998 I was walking to a neighborhood store, and trying to evade a stray dog; I fell and my injuries were so bad to my right foot I had a partial tear of the achilles temdon, two broken bones, andjust about ground my right ankle to hamburger. During the fall; my right foot was wrenched 90 degrees and pointing to the right.

I went to the emergency room. amd Dr. Ahern wanted to amputate the foot above my ankle. I refused and went home, Dr. Ahern said you will be back and be ready when gangrene sets in.

At first I tried to meditate and direct ch'i to my foot, and the pain was so bad I would throw up. After 2 weeks I was able to direct energy to my foot (by this time; my foot was swolen three times the size was normal, and about four different colors.

Dr. Ahern was amazed to see me walking on that foot just 6 weeks after recommending amputation.

Today my right foot is as strong as it ever was. The only hint the foot was ever injured is that my right foot points about 10-15 degrees to the right.

I don;t have to believe energy healing works; I KNOW it works.

If energy healing did not work; I would not be wasting my time and lifeforce to do it.

My mom and myself are energy healers. I will be the first to tell you to watch out. The good ones get a bad rap because there are so many frauds out there. I used to tell people that if they seemed over dramatic or out there then they probably weren't worth it but I have met a few that fit that description and are very good. There are others who act like its no big deal and are worthless. I would ask for references and check them out. If they refuse to give them ask why, some people don't think to ask clients to fill out a release that allows them to be used as references. Get referrals from others who have seen one, they are your best source really, only listen to people you trust. And last but not least, trust your gut, if it doesn't feel right, don't use that healer. Meet with them before the session by a few days if possible and get a feel. Because what we do is not really tangible most good ones will be more than willing to do a free short session or meet with you before hand to help you get a feel for them and them for you.

Well, I am an energy healer myself and the best way to share my experience with you is to ask you to check out this link.

In that page check for Reiki a power point presentation in the Alternative Category.

Since all my services are FREE, there is no question of your being duped. Either you feel it or you don't when you receive the energy from me. That depends upon your karma and my karma, the karmic bonds between us. If you are destined to be healed by me, you will get it. Else, no.

The term that you are referring to is call therapeutic touch. Energy comes out of the hands, this can be used for pain reduction, fever reduction, speeding up healing of injuries. The more times that you do it, the better results you have. Its not rocket science, just think of the person with the problem as the person with a discharged battery, then think of yourself as the bunny energizer, your the one that restores the persons battery. You can read about this at your local library. I have done this most of my life and I have helped a lot of people deal with their pain. I remember one person in the hospital curled up into a little ball with pain, she had cancer. Her sister said is there anything you can do for her, I said, that I will try, so I started to give treatment and she gasp, like in relief of the pain, then stretched out to a normal position. then the nurse came running into the room and said is she OK, I said she was in alot of pain, but is ok now. She said my god thats good because I forgot to give her the morphine injection for the pain.

Take a class from a certified Bikram Yoga instructor. Each and every one of them works wonders. I've been practicing for about a year now and not only am I in the best shape I've ever been in my life, but I never get sick.
