i sometimes have trouble sleeping and i think i need sleeping pills. and i don really want it to be a hassle and go to the doctors and blahblah.. so do they sell them at local stores like.. saveons or rite aid etc. and do they have to be prescribed??

no joke responses please; my friend smokes a couple of joints of pot a day and she always looks healthy. I'm curious to know if there are any true damages in it in the long run. I know it kills brain cells but the girl is smarter than anyone in the room! can it really hurt you?

We have a Scottist Terrier that has the dirtiest ears we''ve ever seen. We clean them out at least once every two weeks, sometimes more often, but it doesn't seem to matter. They get caked up with dirt and ear wax to the point that it looks like they have never been touched. And he is an inside dog for the most part. I have never seen him roll in the dirt, so we haven't a clue as to how they get so dirty. Vet doesn' t have a solution. We've asked already. Is there anyone else out there who has a similar problem with their dog, and has found an herbal solution? The poor little guy shakes his head all day long, and is in constant misery as if some bug or something is crawling around inside his ears tickling the hairs. Any helpful remedies or input would be most appreciated.

I don't eat red meat, just chicken, but i eat alot of fruit and veggie my doctor said i look pale and i should take a multi vitamin, but i don't want to take lots of different kinds, what one multi vitamin is the best? I heard "One a Day" for women is good.
