According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, what causes homosexuality? How do they go about treating it? What are there views on it?
Please paste links with your comments if information is from a website.
I heard it was a result of yang deficiency and something about the kidneys and loss of jing from this website, but now I can't find that website!
Please note: I am not against homosexuality, it is just that I am interested in learning about the TCM view of it.

Thank you.

Is there a way to fight fever or flu without taking medications? It would be nice to know some home remedies for them.

Particularly Eucalyptus and Lavender essential oils. I add drops to the bath water, but I'm not sure how much would be too much.

It appears to me that they may have a vested interest in protecting their own jobs. I have found many alternative remedies which have proved very helpful for thousands of people, yet the medical profession either havent heard of them or give them the thumbs down. Arent they supposed to have their patients health foremost in their minds?

My sister is putting silver on a cotton swab and placing it in her 4yo daughter's ear for an ear infection (the child also has tubes in her ear). Is this safe? Will this heal the infection/help with pain? What does it do? I'm concerned that if this 'alternative' does not work, the fluid buildup can result in hearing loss. I am most concerned for the health and comfort of my niece.

Please help me come up with an affordable (and preferably natural) solution for my skin trouble. The skin on my cheeks is so sensitive, you can't even touch it with bare hands or it flares up bright red and irritated. The skin on my t-zone (forehead, nose, and chin) is always so dry, it flakes like I have sunburn. This all prevails no matter what I do.
I have changed detergent, I use no chemicals or artificial things on my face. I never wash it with soap or standard face wash, but I use coconut oil to wash my face every day. In fact, sometimes I will sleep with oil on my face (no, I never break out.) I use all natural make up, but only on my eyes.. I never put anything on my cheeks or nose. No amount of oil or lotion ever seems to help, and I have tried not using moisturizers to see if they were the cause, and it only got much worse.

And do NOT recommend a dermatologist, I don't have health coverage, nor do I believe in using chemical medication. Thanks

Like say the Wal-Mart or Rite Aid Omega-3 supplements... if they cost less, then are they less effective than the ones that cost more? Are they more cheaply made, thus making them less effective?

I've heard that when taking fish oil supplements, you should take it with a fatty meal to trigger bile release for the fat absorption, and also to provide energy so the fish oils aren't used for energy themeselves.

My question is whether drinking something very acidic, like a very large cup of coffee or soda along with the fish oil and meal would in any way affect the integrity or absorption of the fish oil.
