Its very rare in wild animals, but domesticated animals like Dogs and Cats get these diseases quite often. Most likely because we take them off thier natural diets and feed them man made manufactured garbage.

Not sure of the blood pressure question, but I personally have met one dog with diabetes and one cat with diabetes, my daughter has a cat with epilepsy (seizures), have known of many animals with cancer.

Yes they do, we had a dog with liver cancer to die this December, i have known of several dogs with diabetes, they also required insulin shots to be given at home..

Yes they sure do! My aunt had a diabetic cat..and i know some one who dog died of cancer. look it up on the net youll find tons of stuff about it

My dog had cancer. The vet said the chances of a dog NOT getting cancer is better if they are spayed or neutered before they turn six years old

Yes they do. Cats or dogs with diabetes have to have shots of insulin every day. They can also get HIV, leukemia, and others

Yes; I am diabetic and keep reading on it. I have come across articles where pets are diabetic esp. cats.

Yes they do - Vets treat pets wild animals just have to take their chances unless they are in a zoo

Yes, they do, my dog had to be put to sleep because she had arthritis in her back bone and cancer in her stomach. The vet said it would be a shame to keep her alive with so much wrong and in so much pain. To me keeping her alive would have been more painful than putting her to sleep and having her cremated.
