if i buy 100lbs of genuine rock candy from the candy store and i drive down the street selling "rock" is that technically illegal? it is after all "rock",so i wouldnt be lying.can you be arrested for selling candy? just curious

Depends, does your town/county/state have a requirement that you have a vendors licence and collect taxes for the f'n politics to put in their pocket
Just a different viewpoint
IIRC All but NH and Delaware have a tax on anything you sell
