i was ill all last week and had a fever for days
also i might have been dehydrating
i`m ok now apart from all these ulcers and me tongue is all swollen and cracked open so now i`m on my 2nd week of eating nothing

We use plant extracts in massage oils and prior to the combining of these for use they look like something that may come off of a street corner. And should i worry about this at all since its all bought with my tax id number and is going toward a legal purpose.

Several days ago I started taking Valerian and Tension RX (tension rx has 116mg of Magnesium and 100mg of B6) for my Anxiety. I have started feeling bad, lightheaded, my pupils are dilated, face is flushed, I am sweaty, nausea. Could these 2 herbs make me act so horrible. I quit taking the herbs yesterday morning. How long will it take to get out of my system if this is the herbs doing this? Thanks

That will just clean you out totally. 1 time use, not one that you have to use for like 2 weeks. That has the least side effects. Thanks :)
