Can someone tell me what the difference between Vit B complex versus Vit B complex 50 is ????

B-50 is named for the amount of most of the B vitamins in it. It will have 50 milligrams of most of them and 50 MICROgrams of a couple - even less of Folic Acid. Same with B-100 - it has 100 milligrams (MG) of most of the B vitamins. Vitamin B complex is a more generic term.
