i have a pill that has watson 338 on one side and blank on the other and they are round?

Are you asking us to identify the pill so you know whether to take it or not? Thats not a great idea. Even if you DO figure it out, its obviously not tylenol or some common, household, over the counter medication. Its likely a med. that you need an Rx for. Best thing to do is throw it away.
