in vinegar destroy allicin like cooking or not and if i soaked garlic cloves in vinegar for 5 - 10 days. Is there is any effect on allicin or not?

i have really long, bad periods, i was almost throwing up outside my latin class one time, and im in 9th grade!!
please help, i need to kno the name of that BCP that lets u have like 4 periods a year. my mom thinks it'll help me a lot and i feel like i need it.

Americans sell many kind of pills. I tried some of them but they didn't work. Hopefully they usually propose to send your money back if you're not satisfied. I think there's an alternative to surgery. Do you know a pill, cream, herb or anything? I know my question isn't really interesting but it would help me if you knew a solution and share it with me.

I went to this website and they said you have years of undigested stool in your colon and they even show pictures of it after someone uses their product (it's like 2 or 3 FEET long and very black icky stuff) Some people say thats untrue but look at the pictures what is that _ _ _ _? So I don't know who to beleive my M. D. that says its baloney or the Alternative healer who says thats why we're sick , we're full of toxins and to clean out the colon.
