I went to this website and they said you have years of undigested stool in your colon and they even show pictures of it after someone uses their product (it's like 2 or 3 FEET long and very black icky stuff) Some people say thats untrue but look at the pictures what is that _ _ _ _? So I don't know who to beleive my M. D. that says its baloney or the Alternative healer who says thats why we're sick , we're full of toxins and to clean out the colon. Who believes this site? , I need direction and not that way.

When you have to undergo a colonoscopy you must have a super clean colon. And believe me...when you are done drinking the stuff they have you drink..your colon is cleaned out. And it's not all this extreme gunk your talking about. You can even see how clean the tissue of your colon is on the pictures they take. Just ask a DR. it is real. Don't let advertisements fool you. If you are worried about a colon cleansing ask your pharmacist what they sell for use before a colonoscopy. It only costs a few dollars. There are different kinds, but they do the same thing. if you use it, be prepared to spend a long time in the bathroom and have some Gatorade on hand to keep your electrolytes balanced. Its a 1 day process, little $, and bingo..your clean inside. But talk to the DR.

I have read Natural Cures and it confirmed everything that I believe such as we're sick and unhealthy because of toxins and a clean colon is the first healthy practical step. You can go to the pharmacy if you like or order from this website they may be exaggerating to some degree but they are still accurate about the basic principal.

I don't believe in that colon cleaning stuff. I have, however seen someone get an enema- an there was tons that came out (at a nursing home). It was sick. I doubt it was stuff from years ago. Try it if you like- it's all about what makes you feel better- which is a lot of times in our head...
P.S. James Brown was a big believer in colon cleansing... FYI

Like a colon they are full of crap
There are plenty of over the counter laxatives (used for colonoscopies) that will do a job cleaning out the bowls for under 5 dollars

of cause this is good for the body anything that cleans the intestines has to be of some value to the body .if the walls of the colon are filled with so called toxins how does this not help to rid the body of unwanted waste? waste that seeps through the pores of the intestines walls .anything that helps to clean the inside of our body is in my opinion good for you.remember Dr's.are not always in favor of non medicine cures and it seems some nurses too.sad but true i feel most Dr's. are more interested in our pocket books then us.but then again that's just my opinion.remember to the pharmaceutical co. have alot to loose if we all turned to alternative meds.nurses and Dr's would loose also in terms of jobs.again sad but true.only my opinion again.

Listen to your doctor, he has had years of training and education.
And you don't have to beleive everything websites tell you, after all, they are trying to sell you something

We do have lots of undigested or trapped feces in our digestive tract. I don't think you anything this drastic. Eat plenty of veggies and get your fiber that way.
