Wheat Germ is the major source of Vitamin E, it is also present naturally in nuts and seeds.

Natural vitamin E exists in eight different forms or isomers, four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. All isomers have a chromanol ring, with a hydroxyl group which can donate a hydrogen atom to reduce free radicals and a hydrophobic side chain which allows for penetration into biological membranes. There is an alpha, beta, gamma and delta form of both the tocopherols and tocotrienols, determined by the number of methyl groups on the chromanol ring. Each form has its own biological activity, the measure of potency or functional use in the body.

wheat germ oil, almonds, sunflower seeds, sunflower oil, safflower oil, hazelnuts, soybeans - and small amounts in apples, turnips, sweet potatoe and brocolli.

The RDA is 10 MG a day which you can get from 1/2 tablespoon of wheat germ oil or a little over 1 oz of almonds.

Vitamin E is fat soluable - it is stored in the fat tissues so you can kind of store it up for a while and your body will draw on the stores if you can't get the vitamin through food sources.

I think Vitamin E can come from fish oil. They have fish oil pills with Vitamin E in them I think it's E, it might be some other letter but I'm pretty sure it's E.
