program called "Detox 7"? If so, did you have any side effects? I was just wondering because I took it this morning and my stomach is killing me! The reason I am taking it is to clean my body of impurites. Any help or advice would be great. Thanks!

Drink plenty of water and make sure you keep yourself hydrated. DO not take in any sugars, or any fats at all. You may need to eat solid, raw vegetables and fruit to curve it from eating your stomach lining. Try carrots, broccoli, or cucumbers. I suggest staying away from citrus acid for awhile from my experence. It will feel better and you will too.

Since I don't know what that is, I can only say I'm encouraging you in whatever doesn't kill you in order to set your body chemistry right. That you would want to is a feat in itself. Nobody thinks. I did something called body chemistry correction involving no drugs, supplements, abstinence from certain foods, and it takes thirty days for the process to kick in. After that, it is presumed you will continue to pursue a logical program of diet. There are a number of things you can do and it is somewhat on the expensive side because it's food, and natural herbs of a not too exotic nature. Not drugs. Or special equipment or applications.

It either means detox is working well........includes hunger, tiredness, sever headache, weakness for first 2-3 days.
If could also mean your body is not reacting correctly to this specific detox.
Be very careful which ones you do. I tried a cholesteral detox using veggie/protein/fish which worked well. I also tried a lemon detox which did terrible things to my body. But you know best, its also best to have an person helping such as a nutritionist or a buddie who knows detox diets well.

What you are experiencing is called "die off". It is common with many types of cleanses as the body tends to hold toxins that have accumulated for years and now has to go through the difficult process of eliminating them. Keep it up, despite the uncomfortable effects. it will be well worth it in the end.

You probably feel sick from it doing it's job. As toxins are released, you need to drink LOTS of extra water to help your body flush it out.
