ever since puberty ive had really oily skin,, ihave managed tru
the years washing like a thousand times a day my face..maybe is my ocd on it; im really healthy(workout,eat well,vitamins,protein intake) is there some kind of vitamins or diets to block or control
this ; or is it normal cause of being healthy..

I know they have these kits where you can do an enema at home. Does anyone know anything about this? Where can you purchase these? What are the side effects? does it hurt a lot? I know that it si supposed to help with constipation...I have to take medication that causes sever constipation and oral laxatives seem to not help at all.

A friend used because he thought it would help his right shoulder which is giving him problems. Therapists and a chiropractor said it was bone spur. The doctor said it was just a swelling. He quit using the machine because he felt it was making it worse not better.

I've tried putting peroxide in but I think that may have made it worse.

Isnt this used as a topical thing. Will this help sooth sore muscles. I am just going to throw a couple tea bags of chamomile into the bathtub. I hope it dosnt dry out my skin or anything. Anyone ever hear of this or try this. I'll ad my experience later. Meanwhile give me some info
