Isnt this used as a topical thing. Will this help sooth sore muscles. I am just going to throw a couple tea bags of chamomile into the bathtub. I hope it dosnt dry out my skin or anything. Anyone ever hear of this or try this. I'll ad my experience later. Meanwhile give me some info

I understand it is used to highlight light colored hair yet it didnt change my arm or legs hair LOL you must have to use alot... It was soothing though...

Yes, herbal baths are great for skin. The benefits will depend on the quality and quantity used. Try a drawstrings bag and add different herbs and spices.

I think you would need more than just 2 teabags in a bathtub. It is used to soothe sunburn or chafed skin. It definitely wouldn't dry your skin, it's very mild. Use an arnica ointment for sore muscles. You can buy it at any health food store.

I've heard of chamomile tea in the bath. You might also like a bath of Epsom salts. It's soothing, plus your body absorbs all the minerals.

on your eyes they work wonders for stiffness use good ol epsom salts they work.
