it is on the outer part of the leg below the knee, but how do I find it's exact point?

The best point for acid reflux is PC 6
It is located on your arm, just above your wrist.
ST 36 is about four finger lengths below your knee cap and in the groove toward the outer part of leg.

Acid reflux is a symptom of wheat and gluton allergy, stop eat bread or any thing with wheat or gluton for one week and see how that goes, I would advise that you try this.
