there are a couple I know. One is put a tennis ball in their pillow and have it placed under their neck. Another is called a snore pillow, it is long and round but not very thick; it does the same thing as the tennis ball. Ear plugs will help the non snorer. I am/was a snorer and ended up being diagnosed with sleep apnea. I now use a C-Pap machine and the wife could not be happier.

My husband is a big time snorer. I think he has sleep apnea, but he hasn't been to a sleep lab yet for an official diagnosis or treatment. His mom found a pillow for him, though, in Chinatown (in NYC). It's pretty solid and hard, and it has magnets inside. I call it "The Brick" because it's so heavy (for a pillow). Since he's had the pillow, he sleeps a whole lot better and doesn't snore nearly as much. He's had it for five years now, and we want to replace it. But we can't find one like it anywhere at a regular store such as WalMart or Target. I don't even know the name for it because the tag is in Chinese lol.
