i am 17 and i have bags under my eyes. i put some cucmber slickes on my eyes today for like 10 mins and they are still there. how long do i need to put them there and how many times a week

I have had a verry sore throat for a few days its only hurts hwen I swallow and i try not too but I have to.. I have tried theruflu nighttime, didnt work, I tried the sore throat strips didnt work and the sore throat spray none of that worked.. and I am drinkin the theraflu daytime severe cold right now its the lemon drink mix u mix it with warm water and warm stuff helps it for just a few swallows.. what else can I do? I t hurts me soo bad to swallow..

My sister has become a Reiki Master and has worked very hard to get there, I have had 2 treatments, the first was WOW! and the feeling lasted for quite a few weeks, the second treatment didn't seem to work.... What would make two treatments so different? The location of both treatments were different, and I was sceptical the first time, and believed in it after the results of the first treatment. I dont want to offend her, and would love that WOW factor I got before, but dont want to feel let down by it if nothing much happens again...
