Is there a relationship with UtI and menstration?

Yes. UTI can be the result of improper hygiene technique, which can occur during the "period"; also, if you take bubble baths to relax or relieve cramps during that time (or any time) you may be subjecting yourself to UTI. There are lots of causes.

Haven't heard of it. All I know is that sometimes, they both suck..
