Yes- it shouldn't even be illegal. It's no worse than alcohol, the government would tax the hell out of it, though.

Marijuana is a plant. When it is dried and rolled up in paper or put in a smoking pipe it creates smoke. The smoke gets in your lungs and aggravated the delicate tissues. Why would anyone in their right mind want to keep doing that? If you like smoke in your lungs just sit behind your car while it runs and breath in the fumes. It will have about the same benefit. Or lack of it. Alternative medicine is more interested in healing the mind-body-spirit connection. Marijuana only clouds the results.

I fully agree, I smoke on a daily basis for nausea, appetite inhancing, pain control, muscle spasms. I also take Methadone for pain management, but the pot helps alot with the muscle spasms and lack of appetite. My pain levels get pretty high, so high it makes me nauseous, the pot helps alot. Another benefit of pot is it helps you get a deeper sleep, I'm constantly tossing and turning, unless I smoke right before bed. I do not get mine through prescription, although in Oregon medical marijuana is allowed. There are a whole lot of rules and regs.........it's easier to just go get it.

Where have you been lol! It is legal in our state Anyhoo.

It should continue to be medically legalized too!! It does not have all those nasty side effects all those other drugs I was on....It was a long process to get it legal, but well worth it.

I think it should be legalized for both medical and non-medical purposes. Some people, especially those against it, need to be mellowed the **** out.

Why the heck should it NOT be legal??? You allow a doctor to prescribe morphine, but not marijuana? That's simply stupid.
