I have not used it. (I think you misspelled it, ) If you are talking about the extract from the bitter almond. It is not something you should eat, since when it is digested it frees the radical to attack you. (It needs to be administered I.V.)

Vitamin b17/ laetril comes from the apricot kernel/seed
and has had very good results for cancer. but you have to research for correct dose. look in Oasis hospital/clinic tj mexico
also goggle videos "a world without cancer"
I don't sell it but spreed the word.
