I have been drinking Green Tea for 6 weeks now, every day atleast 2-3 times a day. I have felt more energy , but I am wondering if it is just due to the caffeine and will it wear off and make me feel more tired later?

No, it has nothing to do with caffeine for tea has no caffeine.
Tea has teain, a substance similar to caffeine. But the wonder of green tea is that it does not have teain!
This substance is found in black tea because it comes from the same herb as green tea, but in this case it has been fermented and toasted.

Red tea is from another herb and also has teain in it.
So green tea is free from all this substances.

Also: Green tea is great to aid in burning fat!, it helps control the insulin levels in the blood stream, (as long as you do not have it with a sugar).

In short; it is a hell of a good drink to have.

Worry not and enjoy.

green tea is supposed to be very good for you. Apparently 5 cups of tea a day burns an extra 100 calories, however this may just been down to the fact that drinking this much tea over a short period of time, say 4 hours, increases your body temperature, which also burns extra calories

Yes! It is loaded with antioxidants. Green tea antioxidants have been shown to have a direct effect on lowering cholesterol levels. Green tea also causes carbohydrates to be released slowly, preventing sharp increases in blood-insulin levels. This promotes the burning of fat.
