FIRST get off all caffeine. (You can gradually add a cup of coffee or a soda back in after about a month.)
Vitamin B complex helps the nerves. Gingko helps the circulation. Oat Seed extract is also healing to the nerves.
Also take a LIQUID mineral supplement. I like Mineral Rich by Maximum Living. And taking a liquid magnesium at night is very relaxing. I like Calm by Natural Vitality. (Start out with just 1/2 teaspoon in a little warm water.)
Herbs, Etc. makes a formula that is good for this, containing Oat Seed, Valerian, etc.: http://www.herbsetc.com/Shopping/n/nervine_tonic.htm

What is the purpose of taking medicines and fallowing various procedures through out life for RLS and still not getting substantial or complete relief. It is better to learn meditation based on realization of the self from an experienced spiritual teacher and practice it regularly for just some time every day and get quick relief not only for RLS but also for getting alround luck.

I have it too!! You basically have two choices prescription drugs or homeopathic medicine. I chose the natural approach. A lot of vitamin B5 it helps to sooth the nerve endings. I use bee royal jelly because it also has other B vitamins for energy and trace minerals plus vitamin E (for cell repair). I get it from beeroyalproducts.com. They have a reputation as having the highest quality at the best price.
